For example, for Thanksgiving Day host a social event where all your team will be invited.</li><li>Provide feedback. Feedback at work is a good way to help your employees improve their productivity. There are many benefits from feedback. It will increase performance, improve relationships and build a long-term relationship with your team.</li></ul>
