A food diary will help you understand your eating habits. For example, you feel bloated after eating, with a food diary you can understand how you feel after each food and exclude food that makes you feel bad. It has been proven that a food diary helps people control their eating habits.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Stay hydrated. It is very important to drink a lot of water. It is proven that water makes us eat less because sometimes we mix hunger with thirst. When you drink water, your feel more energized, while dehydration leads to fatigue.</li><li>Improve your sleeping habits. Eating habits and sleeping habits are interconnected. Our body needs rest, so try to maintain your sleeping habits healthy too. It is well known that lack of sleep makes us tired, irritated, and so on.</li><li>Don’t measure yourself every day. It is depressing to look every day at your scale especially if the number doesn’t change. There are lots of factors that affect our body weight, such as not enough water, sleep, and so on. Don’t get sad if you see the scale number went up, it doesn’t mean anything. The best tool that shows your results is measuring tape. It will show you your body volume. Some people also make the photo before and after. It is up to you but doesn’t rely just on scales because it doesn’t show you the exact information. However, some scales are called smart. They show the percentage of your body fat, the level of water, and so on.</li></ul>
